Hate to give you the bad news, but disposal wells are not treated like oil well mineral rights. The surface owner is the only one that gets compensation for the disposal well.. It is usually X-amount per barrel and a monthly or yearly rental contractfor the site. not treated the same as a 640 or 1280 acre spacing,,,i'm guessing you are in my general local area
