Southwestern Texas Panhandle | I'm amazed how many believe the media, even in our own farm community (agtalk). FTB is 100% beef and is completely safe to eat. The funny thing is that the packers did conform to what customers wanted. The customers wanted lean hamburger meat and the only way to get the amount of volume the consumer demands is by using FTB. It is so sad to see how miss informed our citizens are and believe 100% of what the media says. For someone up above who is in the manufacturing business to fall for this is really scary. What if someone falsely represented your product and had droves of your customers cancelling orders and you had to shut down plants? All for a "story." |
