milk blended into the equation, that is an assumption that more milk is good for everyone.

Up milk for example means more energy required per cow, likely larger frame score etc..

Afore is perhaps good for some folks but could be bad for others.
Depends on your cow's natural running enviro etc..

On Angus, if your seeing some $EN of +15 to +30, those are pretty respectable numbers MO.
( the not listed EN's are not listed for a reason, might be $EN -25 )

There is a tendency for lower milk cows to have higher or positive $EN numbers.

Since only 18 to 19% of today's calf growth is milk dependant, it seems redundant to select for higher milk epds ( that tend to come along w some bull lines ).

Angus bull named CC&7 went to a +53 Milk epd for 012.
( he's kind of a "money club" bull so does have some popularity too )
Course his $EN -46, may indicate the true cost of that story.
