Ronny I understand. you may be right. When you see the new calf standing i dont see her as near 90 lb. please take a look at the picture in the original post where it is standing for the first time and still a little wet. pretty skinny legs to me. no offense. I don't like guessing about anything. The engineer in me I guess.  Basically I am not concerned about birthwe ights as long as they can calve unassisted.

I do hve difficulty thinking there is "NO" correlation between birthweight and yearling weight which is my primary interest. Regards,
