s nd		Good battery, maybe an engine heater just in case it sits ouside some night. Make sure the windshield washer fluid is the winter type. Decent tires for snow packed streets. Older, newer car? No chips in the windshield. Window scraper. Maybe a little shovel for the trunk. Don't know if she really needs a tow strap. Emergency kit for stranded motorists. Cigarette plug-in for cell phone. Radiator should be the same for hot or cold. Most new cars are 5-30,40 oil, aren't they? They still claim it is going to be record breaking cold up here.
