TD15 - 12/30/2011 11:11 There is so much volotility in the price of grain and fertilizer prices right now it is harder to set a fair price on land that is fair to both the tenant and land owner. I wouldn't want to label anyone as a greedy rowcropper.

well, I have watched, observed grain and fertilizer Prices for 50 plus years.

the 60 s were scary times and it has not leveled off any.

when was there NOT volatility ? I would Like to Know.
