Garrett County, MD | I think a lot of what is being said here can be interpreted differently depending on how you figure your expenses. If you are figuring only direct cropping expenses then I can see less than 500/A. I figure labor, machinery and everything. 500 gets it pretty close. Depends a lot on the cost of inputs for the year also.
Oh and to be fair if I was a landlord I would want 600 an acre rent :)
