What didn't work this year will probably be the best thing on a new crop. Its human nature too be gun shy when your crop mix fails. We make poor cotton crop we swear at it, whine about it and promise to never plant it again or cut it way back. Then the next year it will make so much money you cant spend it fast enough. Corn is exactly the same thing above the Mason-Dickson line. I havehave raised soybean as a majority crop in my mix here for years.. Never lost tons of money on them but never made much either. High risk can = High profit. There is no happy medium. My 2 cents.
