nebraska | RUN AWAY!!!!! the bankruptcy courts won't recognize your lease and seize your crops and you will be out all your money!!! I just checked into it this spring before planting, a cattle feedyard was in financial trouble due to the manager selling animals and putting them in his name at various salebarns, they havent filed yet but if they did any and all money put into the farm could/would be lost to the courts according to my lawyer, he said he couldnt write a lease to protect me!!
