Who did the update/updates, your dealer ? If so he may still have last years 3.10 firmware in his computer and can replace the updated 4.10 stuff with the old 3.10 in just 10 minutes.
I have downloaded the EZ toolbox program to my computer so I can do my own updates directly from the Trimble site.
I still have last years old 3.10 firmware on file in my computer along with the new 4.10 firmware program. I do that just in case there is a problem like your experiencing. With luck your dealer still has the old 3.10 program on file and can get you back to where you were last year.
