Only as a last resort. Get some colostum from a nearby dairy, (or milk the cow) un thaw it, and get the little guy to nurse outa 20oz pop bottle with a lamb nipple. Getting that nursing reflex WITH real colstrum will go a long way. Dont mean to rain on your parade, but sometimes those intermittent bellors are called death bellors.
