I am guessing that you are using a Raven receiver.  I have absolutely no experience with a Raven, so this is just a guess.  I am going to assume that "heed hlth" stands for heed health and "ignore hlth" stands for ignore health.  The WAAS signal includes a message that gives the HEALTH of the correction.  It sounds like the Raven gives you the option to ignore health.  Otherwise, it probably warns you or stops guidance if the health of the signal is questionable.  Again, this is mostly supposition on my part.
