| I don't see a limit down move. The deferreds traded Friday, synthetic options traded at about another 10 cents lower than the 20 cent limit down, meaning there were buyers and sellers at that level.
If moves limit down you couldn't get in anyway.
As for straight down for a week, I think that's wishful thinking from someone who's short.
Talked to a neighbor Friday and he firmly believes that in 30 days we'll be higher than we ever were because of planting/weather scares.
We have gotten from 2.2 to over 5 inches of rain on our farms the last 48 hours. Won't be anything early around here, very likely with another rain or two that a lot of the extra corn acres will go by the wayside, not a lot of nitrogen on, save the money and have a bean crop that is planted on time. | |
