If you hire the custom sprayers around here you get a new "OJT" guy every year.

If you do it yourself you should eventually get past the "OJT" period, if you never get past that period maybe you should hire it done.

The biggest mistake I've ever made was mixing a highly potent batch of synchrony (?) while spraying beans, planted Imi corn the next year just to be safe.
