You don't need much for a sprayer if you don't have a lot of acres to cover. You can build one how you want. 40' boom @7mph covers a lot of acres in a day. I used to cover 1500acres twice with 48' and a 300 gal tank all I got done is filling seems like. We run a 90' 1100gal now sometimes it is to big in hills or small patches but can cover lots of acres in a day.
