That is REALLY too bad. Of the 2 JD dealers I have had limited experience with RDO sucked A$$ the worst. Haven’t darkened their doors since. The most indifferent, cold, calculating, impersonal place I have dealt with. But that is corporate life. Going to have to get used to it.
"cold, calculating and impersonal" honestly sums up my experience with (almost) every Deere dealer I been in since around 1990. Polen Implement in OH is about the only exception I know of, actually felt like they wanted and valued my business - and this was from buying a $600 used Woods Header transport. Can't imagine the service I would have got buying a tractor or $$$$ implement. Any other Deere dealer just felt like I was in their way and certainly did not want my business (and definitely didn't get any). |
