Its nice to know how many of you can't extend the courtesy of calling the guy back and telling him not to come when they had an agreed upon time.
Doesn't surprise me. I've dealt with too many farmers for that to surprise me.
Haha, if you think that's exclusive to farmers you're a little (lot) naive, i literally cannot count the times that people have called and said they are coming to look or pick something up, after a few times of changing plans and screwing up a half a day for a no show you start to become a little callous. I know 2 wrongs dont make a right, maybe nothing would have changed if op had been there right away, we will never know. We have literally parked a piece of equipment to get in the pickup and go look or put money on someone's hand if its something we are interested in. |
