you can do a A+ but do not move the degrees at all then set your width and your offset then make sure you are lined up with the swath then hit A and you will have another ab line exactly parallel with your other passes but will have the offset. I sometimes find it easier to just move the antenna.

Another option is to restore the previous ab line (the one you are on) then enter your offset and width if different.
