We had pretty hard times in the 80s and my dear wife cleaned homes as a sideline. Some of the fancy places had central vac. She was never impressed with them.
I know, happy wife = happy life but. At least have her visit a couple homes with CV and see for herself, what a hassle the long hose is. Then get one of the good Dyson cordless vacs. They have a HEPA filter in them and enough suction to actually capture everything the beater bar stirs up. |
