Roann In. | I've had both done, the little scrape job and the replacement. You're gonna be a bit tender for several days after the replacement for sure. Someone mentioned getting some help. excellent advice. Get an ice machine and use it..........A lot. Best investment you can make in my opinion. Ain't no fun but life is MUCH better now. Total replacement was 4 or so years ago.................I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Just take it a bit easy, your knee will tell you when you haven't for sure. | |
