I had bilateral replacement 3 years ago come day after Christmas. I’ve had tremendous success however healing does take time and premature use of knees not healed yet will not go well and can have far longer lasting damage. Absolutely do not skimp on physical therapy and exercises. Healing is a time consuming process.
