North West IA/western AZ | The doctor will always give unrealistic times to recovery. My wife had her knee replaced in Sept. and was healed up on the outside in 6 weeks. She was one of the faster ones to heal up the scar. She says it still hurts but she isn't letting it slow her down. She had the torn meniscus and arthritis clean out a couple years before but of course doesn't remember that. Good luck and don't push too hard. Your physical therapist will probably give you the closest answer. | |
