Subject: How to get this water to go in a tile

EC IL
When we get a big rain there is a couple hundred acres that surface drains through this culvert onto me and a neighbor. We want to put a 24” tile in to try to get this water to go underground to the drainage ditch. Trying to figure out the best style of inlet. The water is really moving and I’m thinking a regular inlet or catch basin where the water had to change direction down and then into the tile would slow it down to much. Was thinking of like a concrete “funnel” and the first part of the tile going down at a 45. Any suggestions? Thanks
