C IL | Last corrugated metal inlet we got came from down by Carbondale. Otherwise Missouri.
Some tile mfg’s will fab you an HDPE one, never tried one.
Lots of legacy stuff on NRCS’s website, available to the public. IL NRCS homepage, then engineering, then standard drawings, then dams/ponds/reservoirs. Take your pick of the litter.
Technically putting numbers to this is engineering and all the stuff gpsdude pointed out matters, and that is how he and I get paid in our respective fields, but the concepts are pretty straightforward.
