You have to have a catch basin of some sort that you can clean out around a couple 12" stand pipes going into you under ground box to outlet. Peak flooding may spill over, but you cannot send that trash down pipe to ditch. Cement or blacktop could be doable around pipes to use skid steer cleanup, probably 1-3 times year.
