NE | Had a free trial unti March 31. They called on March 9th asking if I wanted to continue the service for a year before free trial ran out. I said ok and they sent a bill. $1500. I didn't realize that someone else already renewed a service from Roach Ah for half the price. Called trader and cancelled before 3/31. Now Im getting calls saying I can't back out, they have my agreement recorded and I owe them for a year. I said I signed nothing. They claim they are based in iowa and Iowa law says a verbal agreement binds me. I said take me to court. They are sending me recordings of the phone calls. This is predatory bs! I went round and round with them on the phone. These guys are relentless. Don't give them the time of day. | |
