Definitely a story to tell the Grandkids someday !!!!
They stopped in and I thought for sure they were going to ask for more rent.
I was ready for an argument because we had a 10 yr lease that stated the rent would stay the same.
Instead,The landowner comes into my kitchen and says “ I have to get my affairs in order and I want you to get the farm.”
Wait..what? ... um hell yes!!
It was great day indeed.
