Michigan		I made a fair offer. The landowner had her Son with her.
The Son said, hold on, Mom let’s go outside and talk.
They went outside for about 30 seconds, came back into the kitchen and said “ yup we have a deal!”
I said, sounds good, will you sign a purchase agreement?


( the Son even signed it as a witness)
