Dang, I'm usually just happy when the neighbors bring their own beer when they stop by. Congratulations. One thing I am a bit jealous of and I see it on here all the time, is you guys that can make 1 offer on a farm and have it bought, or have the landlord make you 1 offer and say "I'll take it". I'm not impulsive at all and usually it takes me 30 mins just to figure out how much I want to spend on lunch let alone sign a PA on a farm lol.
