keving , good for you ....we had same thing but took longer to finalize price. Adjoining farm that same family had owned since land grants were given called out of the blue 4 yrs. ago and said him & his Son & him was going to sell the farm and guys that have been farming it for 60-70 yrs. don't want it. Our families have been neighbours for 140 yrs.

And sadly he passed away a week ago today but did move to a condo as wife is going blind.....Life has a way of surprising us
