I'm preping meat that was donated for our wild game feed fundraiser for our American Legion. There was some deer donated with neck and ribs that were cut with a saw. I was told to never run a saw through wild game because the marrow will taint the meat. Does anyone have any experience with this? I don't want to experiment with other people and serve nasty tasting meat.
