| On this deer the neck was sectioned in about four inch chunks with a saw. The ribs were cut out similar to a pork or beef, bone in. I'm pretty sure it was a meat cutter that told me you bone out wild game and never run it through a saw because it pulls the marrow through the meat and makes it taste terrible. I was wondering if anyone actually tried it. I can't imagine cooking bone in ribs on wild game could turn out good but maybe someone has made it work. We had enough meat without it so I'm not going to try. We should have a nice feed tomorrow evening. | |
