I have had beans rolled in the past, mainly to keep rocks and old stalk butts out of the combine.  This year, I had 3/4 of my bean acres rolled and was very unhappy.  A few days after they were rolled, we had a quick 1-1/2” of rain and my beans struggled to come up.  The fields that didn’t get rolled, look a lot better.  I’m trying to figure out if it’s something I did or if it was something I couldn’t control.  The beans looked a lot better when I was spraying them.  The headlands looked the worse.  Thanks.
