Nevada, Iowa | Our soil worked up awfully fine this year, I suspect you had very similar conditions. I don't have any rolled and no experience with it but I wonder if that may have increased the actual depth just a little. The last field I planted I was getting concerned about moisture and lowered the depth one notch. Of course it turned off rainy and chilly for several days and I had to replant portions of the field as a result. I see lots of headlands here with thinner stands too. | |
