Have you done any digging to see if they’re still down there trying to come up? I’m in the same boat and I’m in there with the rotary hoe today.
I aimed for moisture but for various reasons there are places where the beans didn't get down far enough to find moisture. Those are the places that are late emerging for me. Get out there and dig.
