There are some videos from Ivor Cummins in a thread down below about this. This video is by Dr Eric Berg and has some latest association data. It is not randomized controlled trials so does not prove causation. But it is still some very interesting statistics about the importance of vitamin D.

This is the vitamin D/K2 supplement wife and I use.  One to a few drops under the tongue or mixed in a drink or MCT oil.
