He has some really interesting stuff on ketones and Alzheimer's. Insulin resistant and diabetics are especially susceptible to getting cognitive degradation.

Isn't this wonderful? The ability to access research information through experts (and admittedly some not so experts - caveat emptor) easily. A generation ago we would have limited too no access to this type of breaking scientific information.
