Central Iowa | Have been doing a 16/8 intermittent fasting for a couple weeks now. Results are amazing. I have lost 13# and have noticed my belly has shrunk considerably. I have been sleeping better and my once in the middle of the night trips to the bathroom have stopped. Hopefully if I’m able to have my semi annual doctor check, my medications can be reduced. There are a lot of intermittent fasting and reversing type 2 diabetes videos out there. I listened to them for 16 hours while planting yesterday. We have been sold a wrongful bill of goods in the past that I will now change. Big shout out to John Burns for getting me going. Keep up any new information. | |
