One of the signs of diabetes is frequent urination, but as I recall that has to do with high sugar levels (the body is trying to purge the excess sugar through the urine). If your blood sugar levels are improving with less high spikes, I would speculate you are on the right track and that may be why you have the less frequent urination. But I am no doctor so that is only speculation on my part.

Wish I could say the same. I still get up in the middle of the night to pee. :-(

Although now that I think of it, It used to be more than once a night.

Funny thing about the coffee and us, wife and I were never coffee drinkers. We would have a cup if we ate breakfast out but almost never made it at home. Since we been on keto and not drinking lots of pop and other drinks, now we have coffee every morning. Once in a while a cup of decaf after supper. We try to cut the caffeine off before noon. So I guess that is one habit we picked up since starting keto, coffee drinking.
