Subject: Low insulin level equals high metabolic rate

One of my favorite researchers on insulin, Dr Ben Bikman.

About 280 calories per day difference. The difference between putting on that extra 2-3# per year or not. 3# a year over 30 years is 90#, about where I was at before losing it.
