Pittsburg, Kansas

I eat like a horse and lost 100#.

I just changed WHAT I was eating and WHEN.

I eat all I want and do not go hungry at meals. No calorie restriction at all.

But I limit what I eat to extremely low carbohydrate foods and only eat in a window of about 8-10 hours a day. Lunch to supper and then nothing for another 14-16 hours.

By eating foods that satiate (fat and animal protein) rather than foods that make me hungry a couple hours later (starchy and sugary carbohydrates) I am not hungry in that non-feeding window. This keeps my insulin at a low level most of the time.

It is insulin that causes fat storage, for those that are not aware. I know you are BigNorsk.

John
