western mn | Well, the last original appliance from when we built the house in 2007 finally went kaplooie, we were preheating the oven and sparks started to fly from the fan in the back, so I guess it's time to replace... Now I always said that when it was time to replace that I would get a gas range, that's what we had before kids, and that's what I want, but the wife is bucking me about it, I'm not sure why but it is easier to clean the flat top on the electric one, but other than that, I always preferred gas, and now that the kids are old enough to leave those knobs alone that's got my vote, so I'm just checking on preferences about why people like one or the other, and what brand to look at, we had a GE, and the stove is the only thing that's lasted, everything was GE from a private guy, to have good service and warranty, but the fridges and washers and microwaves are all just so-so, so what does everyone like, the pros and cons, thanks in advance... | |
