SW WI | I'm going to say "we" even tho I'm technically out of the hog market. Picked a few things up from the store today and I like to meander along the meat case, just window shopping. Man, is pork cheap....and full display case of pork products.
And it damn well better be cheap in the store.
But so are eggs and chicken.... I think there's a disconnect between a gallon of milk and what dairy guys get. But then it dawned on me what garvo had said.... maybe beef will "have" to get pulled down...or lose a lot of demand.
Race to the bottom.
