Boneless pork loins are so cheap because it’s not the loin they’re after. They cut the loin off and sell it for $1.50/# but the money cut is what’s left over...baby back ribs. They’ll sell those for $6/#.
$7.50/# for that loin is a lot better money than bone in pork chops.
