KS and NE in eastern 3rd | I was reading the new farm bill and see where producers will be able to make new elections for arc or plc. I took arc the 1st time and have received nearly a maximum payment every year, the last 2 years have been due to extremely poor county yields. If given the choice I think I would consider plc for the next 5 years if this trade situation doesn't look like it will get resolved. I guess it will also depend on the trigger prices for plc, maybe they will change? | |
