Like it says above in the title,are they all filthy? Seems the small carnivals that show up in county fairs here have always had workers that hadnt seen soap and water on their bodies /hair/and clothes for day and days.WHY is that and why are they alowed to present themselves this way?I understand its a traveling lifestyle but its just plain disgusting to see so many young folks living so unhealthy like
