Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana | Those of you that have had knee troubles.
Did it just come on all at once, or was it gradual?
I've had a knee bothering me for a couple weeks, and a lower back ache for about a week and a half.
The knee was all at once, and I noticed the back when I first tried to get out of bed one morning.
I think the knee started hurting and by favoring it I got my back out of wack on the other side.
The knee does not hurt unless I'm on it and it might be getting a little better, but it just seems I should be getting over it by now..................maybe age is catching up with me.
I'm blaming "large rounds" in seed corn bags that weighed 65+ pounds.....I'll admit I'm out of shape and my butt was dragging by the time I was done planting corn. I usually carry them the length of a fertilizer trailer and then down the back of the planter.....may rethink that next year......do something to cut down the carrying distance.
I got a heat pad that seems to help the back, but it does nothing for the knee.
Any thoughts or ideas?
TIA......................Mark |
