Subject: Slow valves with DirectCommand and NH3

West Central Indiana
We have installed an Ag Leader Direct Command to control a Raven Accuflow system for anhydrous ammonia. We have the bar divided into 2 sections, and are having a terrible time getting the ON/OFF valves to respond quickly. When we flip the master switch on the Insight it takes about 3 seconds for the indicator light on the Insight's screen to change from green to red. It then takes the valves another 4 seconds to move to closed. So total time from the time the switch is tripped to the time the valves are off is about 7 seconds, which is way too slow and and unsafe. Ag Leader is scratching their heads along with us.

Some settings we've tried the following settings in the Insight:

Response Threshold settings for the valve 1-8
Valve Response 1 - 40 Valve Response 2 - 8
Allowable errors 2%

Any help would be much appreciated, as we at the end of our rope!
