| I have a 1991 1680 combine. Has a chopper in it. In the back I have the rotating rubber beaters. Should I put a longer plastic extension to lower the rubber beaters or should I just buy an aftermarket chaff spreader?? I like my chaff spread out really good, so there is no problems with spring field cultivation or fall manure application. I see some of the newer combines have metal throwers and not rubber. | |
