I see they have in the grocery stores and I thought of bring one of each home. I assume they are roasted just like a turkey but not as long. It's been so long since I have eaten either one that I can't remember if I like them or not.
I appreciate anything you might add. Maybe roast them for a small group and plan to retreat to a resturant if they don't turn out good.
